Banked Embers is a small studio building tools for more thoughtful conversation. Our name is a metaphor: bank a fire and the flame quiets, but the embers stay warm; hidden potential, deliberately preserved. 

Our first app, Assumptions, helps people practice civil disagreement and understand why others think the way they do. 

Our second app, Subtext, provides insight into your messages with others, reading whats below the surface and providing feedback on attachment, accountability, manipulation markers, and communication health; coming mid-2026.
